The purpose of this position is to generate interest in employment opportunities at PRMI and set appointments with Business Development Manager and/or Hiring Manager for further screening.

• Cold-calls prospective candidates
• Perform internet research to obtain candidate contact information when necessary
• Makes appointments and maintains schedules and calendars for Business Development Managers and/or Hiring Managers
• Gathers information needed for Prospective Candidates
• Maintains prospective candidate information in CRM

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with cold-calling and/or telephone sales preferred
• Previous experience making appointments and maintaining schedules and calendars for others preferred
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain files
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to communicate adequately via email, verbally, telephone, letter writing, etc.
• Ability to maintain a work schedule that may require working extended hours

Preferences:

• Previous Business Development, Sales Development, Phone Sales, Outbound Appointment Setting, Cold Calling or Telemarketing experience highly preferred

Pay: $47,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
