Job Duties:

• Work with executives and other business leaders to analyze business data
• Oversee collection and management of large sets of data, and ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Design, develop, deliver and maintain data analyses and reports that drive organizational strategies and objectives
• Manage proprietary database system and develop and implement new data analysis methodologies
• Communicate and present insights to team and management and develop presentations
• Maintain vendor, consultant, and external service provider relationships

Personal Qualifications:

• Must be mission driven: Someone who enjoys and is passionate about their work
• Must be resourceful, extremely organized, and a critical thinker
• Must be flexible and adaptable: able to prioritize multiple tasks and projects
• Must be data and detail oriented

Professional Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in business or related field (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance or Computer Science)
• Must have at least three years of data analytics experience
• Must have expert level MS Office skills and ability to utilize data analysis tools, query and report generation and data manipulation of large and complex data sets
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must have excellent teamworking skills

Pay: Open, depending on experience
