What you will be doing:

Responsible for the organization of operations in the areas of Construction Engineering, Controls and Contracts Administration, and ensures that they are properly staffed.

Performance Shall Include:

o Ensure the proper coordination of the various groups within the Construction project.

o Provide timely group support services to assist the various construction projects.

o Ensure consistent application of construction engineering standards and practices between jobs.

Educational Requirements:

o Position typically requires a bachelor’s degree and eight years of related management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Requirements:

· Experience utilizing formal Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles to help manage a project/program.

· DOE experience.

· Category 2 Nuclear Facility experience.

· Ability to qualify for a Q clearance. (Requires US Citizenship)

· Excellent communication skills.

· Demonstrated leadership and experience developing and managing a team to achieve a defined set of deliverables and milestones.

· At this level, additional training, certification, and/or education may be desirable.

Pay: $103,141.00 - $112,067.00 per year
