Mission Health Services and Community Nursing Services - Look to hire Caregivers, CNA's, MA's and HHA's for the Castle Rock Rehabilitation Center and Assisted living facility in Green River Wyoming.

Responsibilities:

• Work as a member of a multi-disciplinary care team
• Provide quality supportive care to patients in the Castle Rock rehabilitation and assisted living facility
• Assist clients and/or caregivers to maximize comfort and minimize stress
• Personal care, exercise, simple treatments
• Light housekeeping, respite and emotional support
• Individual should be energetic with a strong love of taking care of others, especially elderly

Requirements:

• Must be 16
• Physically able to transfer patients.
• Experience is highly desirable.
• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation
