• Primary Care/Integrated Care Program (Grant Funded)
• Adult/Youth Outpatient

We are looking for a Certified Medical Assistant to work in our Primary Care Program. This position will provide administrative and clinical support for the Primary Care Team. The Medical Assistant will manage the flow of patients through the primary care program and coordinates the paperwork, scheduling and pre-visit data for patients. This position works with both adult and youth programs.

This is a FT position, working Monday-Friday 1st shift, no weekends or holidays. This position covers all of Clark and Madison Counties and does require reliable transportation and valid Ohio drivers license.

Candidates must have:

High school diploma or equivalent

Certified Medical Assistant

Previous experience in medical office, billing and EHR preferred

1 year of experience in mental or behavioral health preferred

Valid OH Drivers License and able to be covered on MHS insurance liability policy (Clean driving record)

MHS provides CPR/First Aid and NVCI (CPI Blue) for all new staff, along with on-going education and on-the-job training opportunities.

All MHS candidates are required to have an Ohio BCI check (FBI check required if you have lived in Ohio for less than 5 years, or for working with children), 5-panel drug screen and 2 step TB (or proof of prior TB) upon conditional offer of employment.
