• *Competitive pay is between $18 and $30 per ride
• Flexible schedule (pick the rides you want when you want in the driver app!)
• Fixed routes are available for constant weekly earnings (be matched with one or more students and be their consistent driver Monday-Friday)

Kango is an app-based transportation service that provides rides for children going to and/or from school. As a Kango Driver, you are an independent contractor and use your own reliable vehicle that meets our safety criteria.

Being a Kango Driver allows you to help your community while earning income on your own schedule!

Minimum Requirements:

• 23+ years old
• A 4-door vehicle that is a 2013 -2023 model (Car can be no more than ten years old)
• 3+ years of experience working with children (parents encouraged to apply)
• Availability during peak morning (7:30-9 am) and/or afternoon (2-5 pm) time periods.
• Can undergo background checks and fingerprinting
• Able to finish the onboarding steps within a week

Responsibilities:

• Transport children safely and reliably to school, home from school, or both.
• Ensure child safety at all times during rides
• Communicate with parents and Kango staff in a friendly and professional manner

*The pay rate is based on actual time and distance. You see the rate estimate before accepting a ride(s)

*Drivers are paid weekly via direct deposit
