Job Description :
- Manage relationships and coordination of work with team, including client, architects/engineers, and contractors, including reporting any project issues and providing status updates;
- Assist with managing project schedule and leading project and job-site meetings;
- Review contractor work in place to ensure compliance with plans and specifications;
- May require preparation of field inspection reports, including communication of deficiencies observed in the field to project managers, contractors, and/or client representatives;
- Tracking pay quantities, reviewing contractor invoices, monitoring the work schedule and maintaining proper project records, tracking contractor changes, and attending/participating in project meetings;
- Interpretation of drawings and documents, including work orders and build documents;
- All related duties as required to ensure the successful completion of assigned projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field is required;
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills; with outstanding interpersonal skills;
- Must be detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
- Reliable transportation required.
- Assume a stationary position,
- Handle, inspect, and/or feel documents, materials and/or equipment relevant to the job;
- Communicate with colleagues, supervisors, and clients using Company email and telephone systems;
- Move around on the job-site, including ascending or descending on the landscape or on a ladder, and positioning oneself appropriately to access necessary testing materials and equipment, usually for prolonged periods of time,
- Lift and/or move up to 30 lbs. for some types of monitoring and inspections,
- Good visual skills, including focused depth perception, and
- Regular daily operations of a motor-vehicle, which may require remaining stationary for extended periods of time.
