In this role, you will work with one of Latitude's corporate legal department clients on a part-time basis, providing essential data privacy support. You will both provide advice and counsel related to structuring and maintenance of comprehensive data privacy policies and systems and will review, analyze and negotiate data privacy agreements (DPAs). Experience creating and/or managing data privacy agreements for large corporations as an in-house attorney or Am Law or leading boutique law firm attorney is required.

Requirements for the Data Privacy Attorney:

• 5+ years as a data privacy attorney with an Am Law corporate law firm and/or a large corporate legal department ' leading boutique law firm
• Experience developing and managing corporate data management and privacy policies in conjunction with other corporate stakeholders is a must.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, red-lining and negotiating data privacy agreements is required.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence

Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this position, annualized on a full-time equivalent basis ranges from $150,000 to $200,000. Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, and credentials.
