J4 Automotive is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team of superstars and we will train you, no automotive experience necessary!

A working knowledge of automobile parts and systems is not required, however it will be taught and is a fundamental requirement of a successful Service Advisor.

The successful applicant will be goal oriented, have high ethics, honest, and a customer first attitude. You will have a natural people talent with strong communication skills, share the community-oriented culture of the company and be able to successfully deal with customers and employees.

You will have impeccable references, be gifted at what you do, have the heart of a teacher, live by the principle that you will never put money ahead of people and be drug and tobacco free. You are intelligent, able to multitask and think quickly with a clean driving record and good, courteous driving skills. You will be self-motivated and possess math, vocabulary and handwriting skills, have sales and phone skills, physical dexterity, typing, keyboard, internet and web skills.

You will work the front counter and are the liaison between the technicians and the customer. You will answer the phone, compile estimates, source and order parts and explain maintenance and repair work to customers.

J4 Automotive is a family owned and operated independent mechanical repair facility that services the entire tri-county area. J4 Automotive fosters a team-oriented environment in a well-equipped 6,000 sq. ft. shop in East Helena. J4 Automotive is an aggressive industry leading general automotive repair shop with a excellent customer service rating. We repair and service Domestic, Asian and European gas and diesel light trucks and automobiles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
