Ippolito’s has an opening in our fast-paced office for a driven professional with the primary duties of Customer Support. Our Customer Support Representative assists customers with problems related to the products that they have purchased from our store. This position requires good communication skills both in person and on the phone and attention to detail. We are looking for the right person that will be able to deal with a customer’s problem and work along with the manufacturer to resolve the problem and staying in contact with the customer during the process. Additional duties include: Answering the phones, Order Entry, Invoicing/Receivables, Scheduling Deliveries, Supporting Sales Associates, Customer Interaction, and other general office duties. This position works 40 hours Monday to Friday 9:00 to 5:00. Ippolito’s offers Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, 401K Match, vacation pay and an employee discount. Qualified candidates should possess five years of office experience and must be proficient with Excel and Word. A cover letter and resume are required.
