Graphic design: 3 years (Required). Must have understanding of & be capable of creating architectural drawings and conceptual shop drawings.

Ensures guest rooms, public areas and laundry are cleaned to specific standards and that rooms are ready for occupancy on a timely basis.

Assist in producing construction documents: develop layout and materials, grading, and planting plans and technical details, and write technical specifications.

Perform business requirements analysis conduct gap analysis and develop well defined detailed functional requirements. Business analysis: 8 years (Preferred).

Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, and general data entry for bookkeeping and record keeping.
