Previous design and sales experience is preferred, but not required. We offer interior
design training, through one on one coaching and educational development. We will
help you build relationships with customers to help them reflect their own personal
sense of style. Montgomery’s also continues your training throughout your employment
with updates on product knowledge as well as Design and Sales Techniques. Our
company provides full training and all the tools necessary to be successful, including a
website showcasing our designer's profiles and projects.
