We are seeking a skilled and experienced Ecommerce Agency Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Klaviyo email marketing services, Shopify design and development, and a deep understanding of ecommerce operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of designers, developers, and marketers to create and implement ecommerce strategies for our clients
• Develop and manage Klaviyo email campaigns for our clients, ensuring optimal performance and conversion rates
• Design and develop Shopify stores that are both aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for all ecommerce-related projects
• Continuously analyze and optimize ecommerce strategies to maximize results

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in ecommerce management, with a focus on Klaviyo email services and Shopify design/development
• Proven track record of successfully managing ecommerce projects from start to finish
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client relationships
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
• Experience with other ecommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, WooCommerce, Magento) is a plus
