Executive Assistant to CEO- Wealth Management
Join this well -established venture capital firm in the top administrative spot at their Seattle office. Assist their very busy CEO with complex, international calendar coordination and travel planning, as well as project management and client relations. This stable, exciting, and fast paced environment requires a high energy, up-beat, can-do attitude. Use your great organizational skills to keep this executive on track!
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
· Manage travel, coordinating complex schedules and logistics.
· Prepare and organize materials for meetings, as required.
· Coordinate and execute special projects for the firm, such as virtual and eventually in person event planning and other investor relations projects
· Manage personal and related family needs of the CEO
· Plan personal and professional events such as investor meetings, dinners, and social events
· Assist the CEO with written communications, business collateral and creation of presentations
· Manage use of Company assets, including winery and other entertainment venues
Desired Qualifications for the Executive Assistant
· 5+ years of related professional experience, preferably in the investment business sector.
· Ability and willingness to work non-standard business hours to accommodate the CEO.
· Experience cultivating and managing relationships both internally and externally.
· Strong communication and organization skills
· High proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Ability to learn and adapt to the use of latest technologies.
· Previous experience in arranging domestic and international travel along with related expense management.
· Energetic, innovative, creative self-starter, problem solver and results oriented individual.
Compensation for the Executive Assistant to CEO- Wealth Management: to $130,000.00 /yr. plus bonus
