Job Description :

Full service marketing agency looking for an experienced team player to plan and manage digital campaigns for a wide range of clients.

This Digital Media Planner/Buyer position is primarily focused in the programmatic and search advertising space — using tactics including display, native, online video, connected TV, and search engine marketing.

The Digital Planner/Buyer will be responsible for managing strategy, budget allocation, client communication, hands-on research, implementation, optimization, and reporting on campaigns.

The successful candidate should be a contributor who can work seamlessly with in-house and client teams. They will have the opportunity to help shape the growth of the agency’s interactive media offerings/capabilities and educate the team

The essential functions of this client-facing specialist position include the following:

  • Setup and ongoing optimization and management of Digital Advertising campaigns for multiple clients. StackAdapt is currently our primary DSP in a managed service function.
  • Management of ad budgets, A/B testing ad creatives, keyword research, setting up audiences, and optimizing for conversions and KPIs
  • Analyze metrics, provide campaign effectiveness reports to clients, and recommend optimizations when appropriate to improve media performance. Strong mathematical abilities are required.
  • Enthusiastically presenting reports, findings, and next steps to Agency clients via video call or in-person meetings
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks with an effective resolution of conflicting priorities
  • Ability to communicate professionally on client calls and via email
  • Develop and foster strong relationships with media partners
  • Actively collaborating with other Agency marketing specialists and account managers to align digital advertising campaigns with ongoing initiatives
  • Ensuring implementation of best practice guidelines and following company policies and processes

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Analytics, and other digital ad platforms
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Bachelor's degree, concentration in advertising, marketing, communication, or business administration
  • Two plus years' experience in digital media

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
