We are looking for a well organized and neat File Clerk/Data Entry Clerk to join our team, you will take care of file management and maintenance. You will be responsible for organizing all the paperwork according to an efficient filing system.. You will also review documents and reports for accuracy and completeness before entering them into our system. It is essential to maintain confidentiality and enter data accurately, as we may also ask you to track data and create reports. Applicants must be familiar with common spreadsheet programs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Update databases or records with new information as it becomes available
• Correct and modify inaccurate files and records
• Comply with security backups and regular checks to ensure data is saved and stored properly
• Organize paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed
  
• Create and update records
• Store all paperwork in designated places
• Enter paperwork into an electronic system
• Manage file access requests and keep logs

Requirements and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of database management software
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to manage large amounts of data
• Previous data entry experience a plus
