We have a vacancy in our team for a Facilities Supervisor. You will perform a variety of maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep the building looking perfect.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
• Performing preventative maintenance.
• Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
• Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
• Monday and Thursday truck delivery
• Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.

Requirements:

• Proven maintenance experience.
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices.
• Professional presentation and attitude.
• Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Cleaning and stock restrooms, Vendor deliveries.
• Collect and dispose of trash.
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
• Handle basic maintenance, building repairs, cleaning, and other janitorial work.
• Basic math skills.
• High school diploma.
• Experience performing routine maintenance.
• Strong organizational and follow up skills.
• Eye for detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.50 - $16.00 per hour
