We are looking for a knowledgeable and flexible individual to assist our service and parts departments at our York, PA location. The primary work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

This position will assist with opening/closing work orders, preparing repair estimates, and communicating with service department customers. In addition, this position will be trained to handle ordering parts for our customers and service technicians. A significant amount of customer interaction both in person and by phone comes with this role.

A minimum of two years of work experience in heavy duty diesel parts or service is required. An equal amount of experience working in parts or service at an automobile dealership will also be considered.

Responsibilities:

· Assist with the opening and closing of repair orders for the service department.

· Preparation of repair estimates.

· Assist with the ordering of parts for customers as well as in-house service technicians.

· Answer incoming phone calls and assist with walk-in parts and service customers.

· As needed help with receiving, pulling, and shipping parts.

Requirements

· Two years of work experience in heavy duty diesel parts or service.

· Demonstrated customer service skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills

· Enthusiastic demeanor even in a fast-paced environment

· Solid computer skills to include Microsoft Office programs

Pay: $36,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
