The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department.

Schedule: Full-Time M-F 9am to 6pm CST

Location: Hybrid– please note that candidates who are selected for this position will be trained virtually and must have the capability to work from home in a designated area with company- provided technology equipment. Will go 1 day in office to the Ft. Worth Location.

Pay: $18/hr

Responsibilities:

• Process employment verifications
• Complete I-9’s
• Manages employees Onboarding portal
• Issues employees’ badges
• Runs monthly background check reports
• Monitors and responds to HR emails
• Schedules internal and external appointments and meeting s
• Process invoices
• Maintains personnel files

Requirements:

• High School diploma required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Administrative Role
• Minimum of 1 year in Human Resources
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience with managing and creating spreadsheets
