We are seeking an experienced HR Analyst to join our Human Resources team. The HR Analyst will focus on supporting the Kronos Dimensions Timekeeping and Attendance application. This includes partnering with HRIS and the business units to gather requirements, configure solutions, end-to-end testing, documentation, and user support.

To perform this job successfully, the HR Analyst must have a clear understanding of time & attendance tracking functions and how best to represent them within our system to meet the organization’s business needs. The HR Analyst will establish time & attendance standards for both the users and the system to maintain the highest level of time tracking data integrity.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Become a subject matter expert of our core business functions and be able to leverage this knowledge to support and implement time & attendance functionality.
• Ensure the consistent application of time & attendance standards across the organization through partnership and reporting.
• Form strong relationships with local HR to better support individual time & attendance needs.
• Proactively update standard and create ad-hoc reports for customers in HR, Payroll, Accounting, Finance and Plant Management, to support strategic initiatives.
• Support application enhancements, upgrades, and patches through development and execution of test scripts, and documentation of test results.
• Resolve and troubleshoot issues to ensure proper time and attendance functionality is provided.
• Assist with the development of training for end users. Create procedural training materials, quick tips; help documents, etc. where appropriate.
• Assist with audit responsibilities.
• Participate in special projects as required.
• Maintain confidential HR data.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with Business or IT Support operations focus.
• 3+ years of time system support experience, Kronos or Ultimate Kronos Group Workforce Dimensions preferred.
• 3+ years of manufacturing or production business support experience.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
