HOW YOU'LL WORK:
You’ll collaborate with the HR Team using metrics and analytics to tell the story of what is happening with employees and within the HR function generally. You will collect, compile, and analyze employee data, metrics, and statistics, and utilize this analysis to make thoughtful recommendations as a result related to all aspects of human resources.

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Create, maintain, and analyze metrics related to Human Resources initiatives as well as any additional ad hoc analytics requests
  • Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, headcount, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Participate in workforce planning and provide thoughtful recommendations on potential improvements
  • Prepare reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership
  • Identify and recommend reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key people-related performance metrics
  • Based on metrics and analyses, make recommendations for policies and actions to improve the organizational culture including suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates, to motivate and retain employees, to address staffing issues, and to maintain legal compliance
  • Maintain and create new and innovative dashboards or other reporting platforms to convey results based on audience
  • Convert complex data into visually appealing presentation formats to be delivered to audiences at all levels
  • Other duties as assigned

HARD & SOFT SKILLS:

  • Strong technical skills including the ability to learn new technology quickly
  • Must be detail-oriented and accurate
  • Must have ability to use good judgment and handle confidential information appropriately
  • Must be a strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have ability to stay organized, be self-directed, multi-task and prioritize
  • MS Office skills required, including advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field required
  • 3 plus years of increasingly complex analyst-type experience required with a strong preference for experience in a Human Capital function
  • Experience working with Workday preferred
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong project management skills required
  • Understanding of HR processes and basic employment law and compliance.
  • Capable of all physical demands.
