Job Description :

Kreg Tool is seeking a Human Resources Talent Development Intern for Summer 2023. The internship will take place over the summer months and last approximately 12 weeks from May to August, with flexible start and end dates. You will be paid a competitive hourly rate for the internship. In addition, many interns may receive academic credit for their work through their college or university.

What You’ll Do:

Kreg’s Talent Development Intern will be an integral part of launching an innovative approach to organizational learning and development. This person will collaborate with leaders across the organization to align learning and development with strategic goals. This individual must be an enthusiastic person who has entrepreneurial capabilities that push Kreg’s learning and development to the next level. The product produced during this internship will become part of Kreg’s employee owner experience.

So What’s the Gig?

  • Assist with the development and design of Kreg’s learning and development content
  • Create curriculum that supports Kreg’s learning and development program
  • Collaborate with internal leaders to understand department needs and requirements and incorporate those into Kreg’s learning and development initiatives
  • Responsible for the coordination of program training sessions including pre and post meeting materials, calendar invites, communication, follow ups, and other details
  • Create and implement training logs that can be maintained long term
  • Participate in the execution of employee engagement activities
  • Active contributor to the continuous improvement of the Human Resources department
  • Other projects as assigned

  • Junior status or above pursing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Education
  • Experience writing curriculum
  • Prior internship experience preferred
