Northrop Grumman is seeking an Intel Analyst All-source (OSINT) trainer. Will assist instructing students in the collection and exploitation of Publicly Available Information (PAI) via the use of OSINT tools and through the exploitation of social media and publicly accessible databases. They will instruct students in the gathering, synthesis, and analysis of open-source intelligence information in support of objectives related to force protection, counterterrorism, counternarcotic, and other areas of the DIA mission. Assist in designing and delivering programs to train all levels of personnel. Develop in-house programs and practices that identify developmental needs, create solutions to address them. Assists develop tests and visual aids, conduct training classes, and create criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 9 years' experience or High School diploma / Equivalent with 13 years' experience may be considered in Lieu of degree

• Familiar with OSINT planning, collection, analysis

• Military or government analytical training (e.g., OSINT, All Source, SIGINT, HUMINT or GEOINT)

Top Secret/SCI security clearance with a CI poly

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiar with Adult Learning Theory

• Experience conducting Intelligence Analytical support for the DoD

• Experience utilizing OSINT tools which include but are not limited to the Berber Hunter Tool Kit applications (e.g., SILO, SCRAAWL, DataMinr, and Babel Street).

• Experience delivering adult training/education in a blended learning environment

• Experience and knowledge of the ADDIE systems design framework, Bloom's taxonomy model, and Kirkpatrick's evaluation mode

• Graduate of U.S. Army OSINT Training courses (e.g., OS301/OS302, CASO)

• 8+yr demonstrated Intelligence experience w/ MA/MS or 10+yr w/ BA/BS

• Experience utilizing Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) training products
