Responsibilities

• Manage IT inventory and prepare kit assembly
• Fulfill orders and onboard clients
• Manage inventory backlogs and procure products based on lead times and supply lines
• Communicate with software developers to build a custom inventory management system
• Perform administrative duties as required
• Support the quality assurance (QA) and development (DEV) teams
• Use your skills and knowledge pertaining to your degree to support the overall team

What You Will Learn

• Taking a "need" and architecting a software "solution"
• Domestic and international procurement, customs, tariffs, and courier solutions
• Creation of an inventory management and fulfillment system including pick tickets, percentage-based supply alerts, just-in-time inventory fulfillment, lead time/overfill-based fulfillment, and inventory audits
• How to navigate the modern economy with its ever-changing supply lines due to COVID, war, natural disasters, and unforeseen circumstances.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in one of the following preferred degrees (Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field).
• Available to work between 16 - 24 hours per week.

• Ability to work part-time during the internship period
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
