Seeking Seasoned Account Executives (Marketing Account Manager) with Agency Experience

In this role, the Senior Marketing Account Manager is responsible for daily contact between the agency and several client accounts, with internal departments and outside vendors ensuring projects move through the agency on a timely basis on behalf of the client. We do it all in-house from initial new business contact to execution of a complete advertising and marketing campaign. This is not a sales position.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following tasks:

  • Take complete ownership for relationship between assigned accounts, with support from senior leadership.
  • Accountable for the day-to-day account processes, communication, and organization to serve the client effectively.
  • Develop, maintain and nurture business relationship with clients.
  • Have a clear understanding of client’s business and marketing goals.
  • Owns the communication process with client; leads client meetings and presentations, responsible for all meeting recaps and providing timelines to clients for each project.
  • Responsible for execution plan for each client project, partnering with creative team and account services to determine who is accountable for each moving part and how each of the parts will come together to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Responsible for internally generated briefs to ensure they clearly communicate the objectives and communication priorities of each initiative.
  • Oversees client's marketing budgets.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications and/or Previous Marketing Experience in the Field for 5+ Years.
  • Business experience in marketing and advertising.
  • Experience working with luxury brands and/or an understanding of the residential real estate industry is a huge plus.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work well under pressure is a must.
  • Highly motivated, very organized, solution oriented leader with ability to problem solve and manage multiple deliverables and clients simultaneously.
  • Proactive thinker with ability to understand individual client needs and personalities and manage those needs/personalities with insightful recommendations that drive business and build agency client rapport.
  • Ability to think creatively, participate in, and lead ideation sessions with clients and internal staff.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Comfortable with Apple and iOS computer systems is a plus.
  • Spreadsheet and budgeting capability.
  • Traditional and digital marketing channel knowledge a plus.
  • Social media agency experience a plus.
  • Analysis-minded with a focus on metrics and media performance.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and leadership within the organization; working effectively with peers and fellow colleagues, treating others with respect, lead by example with the ability to train, mentor and manage junior associates, and seeking to embody the culture of the organization.
  • Effectively presents, sells and defends all agency work/proposals to clients; supports other client service team members in these functions.

Compensation commensurate with experience. Benefits package offered.
