We are looking for a marketing coordinator with rockstar graphic design skills to join our marketing/bd dream team! In this role you will be helping drive AE’s growth through proposal support, brand recognition, and content creation/design. You will work on a variety of exciting projects, work on a talented team, use your creative brain often, advocate for our brand, celebrate our successes and have fun! We are looking for someone who craves variety in their work, can juggle multiple projects at once, enjoys working on a team and independently and has a passion for professional services marketing.

• Involved in RFQ/P process and response development
• Create and design branded content for a variety of print and digital media using Adobe Creative Suite (brochures, flyers, socials posts, etc.)
• Rebrand project assistance
• Website project assistance and updating
• Internal communications coordination, design, and formatting
• Assist with social media marketing and email marketing
• Contact database management
• Help facilitate professional photography
• Support Business Development efforts, including but not limited to, event planning and conference prep
• Assist with copywriting for employee bios, project descriptions, and other marketing copy

You will be a great fit if you:

• Have a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications or similar
• Have Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry knowledge
• Are a technical expert in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
• Are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
• Are a great visual, verbal, written communicator
• Are familiar with Google Workspace
• Have dabbled in Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar
• Are an active member of the design and marketing community (i.e.; SMPS)
• Are comfortable networking and meeting new people
• Are comfortable with back-end website updating utilizing Wordpress or similar
• Approach design with creativity and discipline
• Have a love for processes, proofing and error-checking
• Enjoy taking initiative and are self motivated
• Understand analytics that translate marketing KPIs
• Enjoy task driven work and checking things off the list
• Are respectful of others
