Job Description
We’re looking for a creative marketer to join our team. The Creative Operations Specialist will play a key role in developing and editing marketing content across different channels and mediums. With a combination skillset of both marketing and creative, this manager should have proven success in creative marketing, and a natural ability to design and write optimized content for different audiences, ensuring a ‘client-first’ approach.

This role is based in our office in Jackson Wisconsin, and may travel locally to Burlington and Milwaukee. We have a number of small companies that you will be supporting - agency experience is a plus!

Qualifications and Skills

- Specific experience with SEM, Social, Email Marketing, Analytics, Conversion Funnel Optimization

- Graphic Design and Social Media experience

- Previous start up experience is a plus

- Technical background is a plus

Compensation: Significant opportunity highly tied to performance
