Having a cool and collected demeanor under pressure is a must as well due to the challenging nature of providing care in this field. Concise direction and hands on practice is our training method. Dental/medical experience preferred, but not required. Applicants must also be punctual, reliable and team players with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining exemplary cleaning standards in clinic space

Preparing patients, equipment and instruments for surgery.

Providing patient instruction/education post operatively.

Aid monitoring vital signs during sedation.

Aid preparing X-rays.

Calling in prescriptions.

Aiding in maintaining consistent stocking and ordering system for surgical supplies

Skills and Experience:

High School Diploma.

Infection Control Experience.

dental assisting and patient care experience – 1 year.

Opportunity for advancement

Work hours Monday- Friday. Mondays and alternating Thursdays are surgery days in Great Falls and you would be required to travel in a rotation. The remaining days will be assisting duties here in Helena. The surgeon and other Helena staff carpool from Helena to Great Falls and are compensated for the drive time. Helena surgery days are 7:45AM to 6:00PM and Great Falls are 8-5PM, not including drive time.

No weekends or holidays!
