GIOSTAR Chicago is seeking a qualified and outgoing patient outreach sales specialist for our North Shore Medical Center located in Glenview, Illinois. Full-time.

GIOSTAR Chicago is looking to increase our sales staff in our patient outreach department. The position we are filling will be devoted to creating a stronger patient foothold for our local patients in Illinois. Currently GIOSTAR Chicago sees patients from all over the country and all over the world. This position will focus specifically as a local sales Position and will potentially grow into a Midwest sales position.

Skills:

• 5+ years of extensive sales experience. Sales experience in stem cell therapy will be a substantial plus.
• Strong knowledge of regenerative medicine and the ability to stay abreast of industry trends.
• Established track record of meeting and exceeding company sales quotas.
• Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) - preferably infusionsoft/Keap
• Tech savvy with the ability to create and evaluate sales reports as needed on a weekly basis
• Capable of maintaining monthly sales goals and meeting weekly for updates on achieving those goals.
• Ability to put together powerpoint presentations
• Host webinars/events/trade shows etc.
• Experience selling stem cell therapy packages to potential patients
• Capable to make 25 to 50 calls per day to keep up with the demand of patient inquiries and leads.

• This is a full-time position at our Glenview medical office. You will be reporting to our office manager and working in conjunction with our Director of patient outreach

Responsibilities:

• Monthly conversion rate of patients bookings per month will need to be met or exceeded expectations.
• Create a smooth and comfortable experience for potential patients to move from a lead call to a medical history intake,In in-house approval process, Taking of payments and scheduling the patient with the help of the nursing staff.
• Analyze existing sales process.
• Provide expertise in workflow management. Analyze and update existing sales scripts.
• Maintain a positive relationship with the patients by answering patient questions and leading patients through their medical experience.
• Proactively approach and implement suggestions on sales processes and workflows, devise an implant strategies with social media, texting, networking, script updates, etc.
• Work with GIOSTAR Chicago management to develop Contant, deliver presentations at seminars, conferences, webinars and other networking events to create a stronger presence and knowledge of GioStar in the community
• Collaborate with GIOSTAR Chicago medical team, GioStar management, GIOSTAR Chicago patient outreach and our international GIOSTAR facilities in India and Mexico to ensure consistency of processes and messaging across all teams.
