Vina Enoteca is seeking experienced Mixologist/Bartender.
We had won many accolades including The Plate Michelin, The Slow Food, and Wine Spectator Award of Excellence.

Responsible for beverage control, accurate pouring of product, serving beverages to guest in a warm, accommodating and professional manner and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.

Prior experience as Bartender, barman, mixologist, bar back is very helpful to the success at this job.

Looking for the following Bartender skills and qualifications

• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails
• Understanding of unique and complementary flavor pairings
• Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness
• Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and responsiveness
• Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol
• Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments
• Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Maintaining cleanliness
• Must be at least 21 years of age

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
