Huffmaster is currently recruiting experienced and OHIO LICENSED High-Pressure Boiler Operators to work during a possible labor dispute at an Extruded Plastics and Industrial Films Manufacturing Facility in Ohio. Must be able to travel as soon as March 5th, 2023.

Weekly Guarantee: 60-Hours (If Ready, Willing, and Able to Work Each Scheduled Shift)
Shift Length: 12-Hours
Pay Rate: $65/Hour

Job Description:
The OHIO LICENSED High-Pressure Boiler Operator will be responsible for the daily operation of the powerhouse, including the maintenance of boilers and ancillary equipment in a three (3) shift Extruded Plastics and Industrial Films Manufacturing Facility.

Requirements & Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have a VALID/CURRENT State of Ohio High Pressure Boiler License or above.
• Must have two (2) years of experience in an industrial environment with hands on knowledge of boiler operations, air compressors and pneumatic systems, water pumps and systems, along with the maintenance of such systems.
• Must have at least 6-Months of High Pressure Boiler Operator experience working in a Manufacturing Setting within the last 3-Years - OR-
• Must have at least 12-Months of High Pressure Boiler Operator experience working in a Manufacturing Setting within the last 5-Years
• Applicants with a valid Ohio Low Pressure boiler operator license, who have completed an approved 75-hour boiler operator training course are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, and technical manuals.
• Electrical skills up to 480 volts, welding, lubrication, and mechanical skills are a plus.
• Must have the ability to travel and be away from home for at least 45-days. The exact length of the strike will be determined once the union issues a notice of intent to strike.
• Ability to work a schedule that includes rotating shifts and days off.
• Must be able to work safely without direct supervision in a drug-free work site.
