What You Will Be Doing

We are looking to add a Director of Operations to our team in Marlborough, MA. In this position, you will be responsible for directing 6 supervisors and up to 70 hourly employees. You will lead employees on performance and provide knowledge to hourly employees. Additionally, you will implement and improve existing operations to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded from a performance standpoint.

What You Need for this Position

  • Six Sigma Certification
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification
  • Operations Experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred:
  • 5+ Years Experience Corrugated Box
