Dental Patient Care Coordinator - Periodontics
Lynnwood Periodontics and Implants is looking for a friendly and personable dental insurance and treatment care coordinator to help in our busy practice! We are looking for someone with front office experience and excellent customer service skills. You will be joining a successful team alongside our other patient care coordinator, periodontist, 3 assistants and hygienist. We are passionate about providing the best services to patients and referring offices and this an excellent opportunity to excel in your craft. We specialize in implant placement, extractions with ridge preservation, connective tissue grafting, bone grafting and periodontal therapy, all done with a highest level of care. 1 year of previous dental front office experience is desired, as well as knowledge of Dentrix practice management software. Our goal is to create a positive experience for every patient by giving them outstanding clinical care and 5-star customer service. Desired Skills, Experience and Duties:

- Dentrix

- Professional and friendly phone, email and in-person communication

- Requesting x-rays and referrals from offices, importing to patient charts

- Scheduling new patients over the phone

- Presenting treatment plans with good case acceptance

- Sending and processing claims

- Accounts Receivable, sending statements and checking on claims

- Checking patients in and out, creating continuing care appointments

- Taking and posting payments

- Outlook/Email and Word proficiency

- Team player, able to work well with Doctor, Staff and Patients

- Friendly, knowledgeable and fun!

- Social Media Posting, Getting Great Reviews

Days and Hours: 2 to 4 days per week (flexible for part-time or full time availability)

Pay: $30 to start. $1000 signing bonus after 3 months. Pay reviewed every 6 months for increases.

Bonus and Benefits: Additional quarterly bonus opportunities available. 401k matching plan starts after 6 months. 5 days PTO after 6 months and 2 paid holidays. PTO increases annually. Travel and meeting stipend for AAP or PNDC.
