Our Peninsula-based client is seeking a temporary Payroll Manager to assist with the payroll needs of the company. This is a hybrid opportunity with an hourly pay rate between $55-$62, depending upon relevant experience. For further information regarding this position, please attach your resume.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process high-volume biweekly, multistate payroll
• Accurately post all payroll-related journal entries for month-end close processes in a timely manner
• Reconcile the payroll-owned general ledger accounts
• Support compliance audits by partnering cross-functionally to compile necessary data
• Prepare all payroll-related ad hoc reporting requests
• Other projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of payroll-related experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Prior experience managing a payroll team required
• Experience in high-volume, multistate payroll required
• Experience using ADP and Workday software required
• Experience using Excel (entry to mid-level)
