We have been in the industry for 4 generations and have created this model to change how the industry operates. We are currently located in Washington DC with expansion plans for other locations in the near future throughout the country. What we are looking for:

Send Smiles is looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to help the founders with multiple business tasks. This individual will be working directly with the founders to help perform tasks that will help grow the company. You do not need to have experience in performing these tasks, but you must be highly motivated and willing to learn and grow with the company.

What the job looks like:

• Email and respond to customer emails
• Handle outreach and communication with social media influencers
• Handle outreach and communication with brand ambassadors
• Communicate and set up our Send Smiles Project initiative - this is a giveback to our community done throughout the year
• Data Entry - must know how to use excel
• Scheduling
• Provide general administrative support

What we look for in a candidate:

• Must have good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft office
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to take feedback, learn, and adapt
• Being enthusiastic and always bringing your A game and best work
• Must be a self starter, motivated team-player and multi-tasker

• Have a basic understanding of social media
• Desire to learn and grow
• Reliable and punctual
