Responsibilities:

The role of the Physical Therapist is to plan and implement specific treatment programs for individuals according to principles of physical therapy. Create an individualized plan of care for each patient and appropriately evaluates patients in multiple areas under the scope of physical therapy.

Requirements

· Must be at least 21 years of age.

· Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy and jointly accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association and the Committee on Allied Health Education with a B.S., B.A., or M.S. Degree.

· Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Colorado.

· Must have a valid non-restricted driver’s license.

· Flexibility and availability to work a weekend schedule if needed.

· Minimum of two years’ experience required, with home care experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $82,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
