We have an amazing opportunity for a full-time Physician Assistant Float to work as a throughout several orthopedic & spine practice locations including Newburgh, Middletown and Poughkeepsie, NY.
We are offering the Physician Assistant Float a $140,000-$200,000 a year plus benefits!!!
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, treat and manage a panel of patients
- Provider comprehensive patient-centered primary medical care
- Identify acute/non-acute, chronic health problems
- Use principles of risk management to identify system issues which impact patient care
- Order and evaluate appropriate diagnostic tests
- Adhere to clinical practice guidelines for patient chronic diseases
- Conduct appropriate preventative screens and diagnostic tests
- Provide appropriate disposition of identified health care problems
- Participate in Primary Care multidisciplinary activities
- Providing Women Health Exams
- Demonstrate medical expertise in diagnosing and treating multi-symptomatic patients
- Work with EMR system
- NYS PA License
- BLS, ACLS & PALS Certification
- DEA Certification, valid and unrestricted required
- Board Certification Required
