The person receives (by telephone, fax, e-mail, etc.) requests for orders, and lead times from customers. Checks with credit department concerning credit status

Perform data entry into customer systems and other business management tools and ensure high level of accuracy. Customer Connect workflow support and loading.

Issue bills and accept payment. Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude. Hands-on experience in cashier duties.
