This is a fast-paced metal fabricating facility located in Leola, PA. We are looking for entry-level candidates looking to get into production or make a change in their career, which is why we promote cross-training in our facilities for individuals who show promise and desire to learn. We are currently seeking a variety of skilled and entry level openings on 1st and 2nd shifts.

The successful candidate will be punctual, meet or exceed company attendance policies, and have the ability to work in a constant state of alertness, following policies & processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times ensuring safety precautions are observed.

Potential Job Tasks:

• Load and unload parts on an overhead conveyor that passes through a powder coating and baking oven.
• Stack parts and secure with metal banding.
• Perform touch up on parts when parts come out of painting process. This candidate will need a good eye for detail.
• Load and unload parts at shot blaster and powder coating line (repetitive lifting of parts on racks and/or overhead conveyor line; production associates assigned to this area should feel comfortable lifting 50 lbs.)
• Industrial Spray Painting / Powder Coating.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills:

• Attendance - On time and at work on all scheduled workdays
• Positive attitude - we are looking for candidates who want to learn, have fun, and do a great job at work with their team members.
• Ability to read and understand written/verbal instructions.
• Ability to understand blueprints is a plus.
• Ambition - the ideal candidate can’t be afraid to ask questions, will take notes, and will show interest in learning new things once tasks assigned have been mastered.
• Ability to lift a maximum of 50 pounds unassisted.
• Standing, stooping, bending and reaching overhead

• 2nd shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm Mon – Fri ($1.50 differential)

OVERTIME will be required as needed, including occasionally MANDATORY weekend.
