Title: Parts & Accessory Sales Associate
Repots To: Parts Manager
Hours: PT: 20 - 30 hours/week. Monday-Friday 9 am – 6 pm and rotating Saturday 9 am – 1 pm. FT 40 hours/week, rotating Saturdays

Compensation: Hourly - based on experience

Purpose of Position: Assist customers, technicians and dealership personnel with parts and accessory needs. Assist Parts Manager in the daily operation of the parts and accessory department.

Qualifications:
 Good overall knowledge of motorcycles, ATV’s, scooters and power products.
 Some technical understanding of replacement parts for motorcycle, ATV,

Scooters and Power Products.
 Previous sales or retail experience preferable.
 Commitment to providing superior customer service.
 Able to manage multiple tasks or requests.
 Excellent communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Greet customers as they enter the department. Determine the parts and/or accessory need (internal and external customer) and serve counter requests.
 Assist customer with purchase of after-market accessories.
 Assist customer with fitting of clothing, riding apparel and helmets.
 Accessorize motorcycle, ATV’s and scooters on the showroom floor.
 Install accessories for customers as promised.
 Ensure all products have correct labels and are priced.
 Create and maintaining merchandise displays.
 Identify items that need to be reordered and provide Parts Manager with stocking requests.
 Prepare invoices and collect monies.
 Use the cash register and maintain correct cash balance.
 Answer telephone and relay calls as needed.
 Help with housekeeping in other areas of department as needed.
 Assist in the annual physical inventory of parts and accessories.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
