*$500 sign on bonus.

Lead Teacher Qualifications:

• Experienced, nurturing, punctual.
• Ability to take on assigned tasks, work with various age groups and a willingness to support parents as partners in education.
• Previous experience working with children is required.
• CDA, Bachelors or Associate degree required
• High school or equivalent is required.
• Able to physically lift and carry a minimum of 45 pounds.
• Able to engage in physical activity with children while working indoors or outdoors.
• Able to maintain sight and sound of the children at all times.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings and trainings as required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
