A Pricing Coordinator or "Pricer" plays an integral role in the overall growth of our business. A pricer is responsible for assisting in establishing and maintaining inventory pricing that will meet both volume and profit objectives. In addition, Pricers manage high-level analytical projects associated with performance, impact analysis, and comparing market trends. A successful pricing coordinator should have strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate on all levels within our company.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in developing, planning, and communicating pricing strategies, ensuring profitability and understanding business implications of decisions.
• Understanding and analyzing internal sales data, market trends, and current prices.
• Maintain a high-level knowledge of current internal pricing methodologies, external market forces, and internal factors which influence pricing.
• Communicate with internal departments to identify and resolve issues concerning cost or value.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the inventory, sales process, delivery capabilities, and operational methods.
• Evaluating and maintaining market price integrity while understanding the competitive environment.
• Demonstrating knowledge of market and competition; Aligning pricing with strategic goals.

Skills & Experience:

• Experienced in price optimization for a retail and/or wholesale distribution environment. Additionally, experience in procurement or financial analysis are preferred.
• Ability to multitask and/or prioritize tasks while staying organized in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to professionally handle highly sensitive and confidential information
• Can work flexible hours in order to manage tight timelines as required.
• Thinks proactively and is self-motivated. Ability to contribute individually as well as part of the team
• Analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
• Has strong computer skills and is proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Ticketmaster, AXS, StubHub, and/or other primary ticketing sites is a bonus (Not required)
• Knowledge of Broadway, theatre, musicals, and/or other live events is also a bonus (Not required)

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST (Occasional weekend or after-hours availability may be necessary)
