Overview:Master Electronics has an exciting career opportunity for a Product Owner on our Business Enablement Team in our Phoenix Office.

We’re seeking a candidate who is forward-thinking and isn’t afraid of an altering environment. The ideal applicant is excited to build and foster an environment of collaboration and creativity with our business stakeholders and IT team to aid in continuous improvement of our business.
Responsibilities:

• Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog
• Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by relevant teams
• Assess and maximize value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy
• Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals
• Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
• Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions
• Lead team scrums to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, and communicate with stakeholders throughout the product/software lifecycle
• Collaborate with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals
• Remain up to date on trends and best practices for agile project management
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• In-depth knowledge of agile methodology for project management
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Understanding of business value related to features and functions
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods
• Ability to lift and or move, carry, push, or pull up to 20-25 pounds
• Broad-based knowledge of distribution or warehouse processes
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and programs to include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, etc.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000/annually
