Position Overview:

We are seeking a product owner to join our product development team to help manage the full lifecycle of product development; from research, sprint development, cross-team collaboration, and stakeholder engagement. The primary duties associated with the product owner role include enabling the execution of the overall product vision, managing various backlog items, and prioritizing features for the MVP and future state of the Blue Orange Digital DTU product.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify business problems and validate proposed solutions through customer and market research
• Write clear user cases/requirements that articulate desired product functionality
• Work in conjunction with the Product delivery to develop relevant and achievable development sprints including the build-out of epics, stories, tasks, and subtasks
• Work collaboratively with Engineering, User, and Customer Experience to develop simple, intuitive, and easy-to-use product features
• Iterate on the product roadmap and get buy-in from key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, primarily the Chief Product Officer, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and other Executive Management
• Maintain prioritized product backlog with input from Customers, Partners, Sales, and Support

Requirements :

• A bachelor's degree in data analytics, computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of software Product Ownership experience
• Expertise in researching, defining, and documenting complex business processes and requirements
• Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Successful track record of collaboration with key stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to work at a strategic level, but also able to get into the details of requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of the digital transformation sector (i.e., data source ingestion, pipeline management, ML modeling, and observability)

Preferred qualifications:

• Management of products in the SaaS delivery model
• Experience working with teams using Agile processes
• Data analytics or software development/engineering experience

Salary: $120,000 - 125,000 annual salary (USD $)
