IFP Motion Solutions Inc., is hiring an experienced Quality Control and Safety Manager to join the team on-site in Cedar Rapids, IA.

The ideal candidate must be a pragmatic individual who has strong attention to detail, self-motivation, exceptional communication and experience in the quality control and safety management sector.

Job Duties:

• Work with quality ticket owners to establish proper root cause identification
• Participate in annual ISO 9000 audits
• Participate in the review of all design, manufacturing, purchasing, test documentation to assure conformance to quality control standards
• Lead risk analysis of certain products utilizing cross-functional teams
• Collect and publish safety and quality KPAs and data
• Maintain the safety manual and perform safety trainings using the manual
• Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly safety inspections

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with ISO 9000 certification process and internal auditor experience
• 3+ year working in a manufacturing or industrial setting performing quality control inspections
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
