• Answer incoming phone calls and greet customers, partners, and delivery people

• Schedule service appointments, quotes, and installations

• Get the technician's daily paperwork ready in the morning before they head out to their jobs.

• Receive and track technician paperwork.

• Update paperwork with accurate notes.

• Communicate status of jobs to other members of the office.

• Assist with billing and generating invoices.

• Contact customers with annual service reminder calls and emails.

• Contact new generator install leads and set up quote appointments.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
