Job Description

Takeda Development Center Americas, Inc. is seeking a Research Investigator in Cambridge, MA with the following requirements: Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Engineering or a related field or foreign equivalent degree and 3 years of related experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Engineering or a related field or foreign equivalent degree and 5 years of related experience REQUIRED SKILLS: Plan and execute affinity and ION exchange chromatography to characterize purification intermediate during bio-process development (3 yrs); Develop and optimize various enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa) including sandwich and indirect to aid process development (3 yrs); Conduct protein size characterization using size exclusion chromatography, gel electrophoresis (3 yrs); Design and perform hold-time stability study for biologics via multiple assays (concentration, integrity, higher order structure) to support product quality (2 yrs).
