We have both full-time and part-time positions available and are offering a competitive hourly wage based on experience plus performance-based pay incentives. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE / SALES ASSOCIATE / DEVICE REPAIR TECHNICIAN

You arrive for each shift excited to meet new people and sell products, services, and solutions. You educate customers on batteries, lighting, and electronic devices.

As part of your Device Repair Technician duties, you repair our customers’ cell phones, tablets, and other devices. You also test, install, and replace batteries in vehicles, watches, key fobs, cell phones, and more. The training that you have been given gives you the confidence to assist our clients with their technology troubles.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others

Experience as a sales associate and/or repairing cell phones, tablets, and other devices is not required. We will train the right person!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
