Job Description-Sales Associate

CCE Golf Cars (Country Club Enterprises), the largest golf cart distributor in the U.S., is looking for a fun, energetic retail sales person who would enjoy being part of a team environment selling golf cars, street legal electric vehicles and utility vehicles at our branch location in Greenfield, MA.

In addition to selling cars in our store, this position will also spend time prospecting customers in our ERP system to qualify new sales opportunities. Hours for this sales position would be Monday-Friday, 9AM- 6PM and Saturdays by appointment. An enthusiastic, friendly sales associate should easily surpass 60k their first year.

• Base salary, plus commission on every sale

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of sales experience- automotive, power sports, lift truck or similar experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent - at minimum
• Demonstrates good listening skills and an ability to clearly communicate
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and offer solutions
• Motivation to enhance dealership reputation by accepting ownership and accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to the company
• Excels in a team environment - comfort working with service and parts staff to meet goals and exceed customer expectations
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to achieving targeted objectives
• Customer service experience
• Ability to adjust work schedule as needed
• Understanding of sales principles and processes
• Team player attitude and willingness to help other departments when needed to meet goals

Preferred:

• Comfortable with technology
• Previous CRM or Salesforce experience
• Candidate with vehicle sales experience go to the front of the line.
