Action Selling sales professionals learn the skills necessary to maximize their full sales and income potential. As a BDM, you’ll build your own book of business by calling on sales leaders, trainers and c-level executives throughout the U.S.

Responsibilities:

· Bring a positive attitude to our high performing sales team.

· Make outbound calls to qualify prospects.

· Follow up on company provided leads and generate your own prospects and referrals.

· Present high-value proposals to sales leaders, trainers and c-level executives.

· Gain commitment to implement training to improve the sales culture of client companies.

· Achieve/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales quota.

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree, MBA a plus

· 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience

· Effective written and verbal communication skills

· Outgoing with a desire to maximize your full sales potential

· Relates to a “work hard, play hard” company value

· Well organized and good time manager

· Strong technology skills with MS products

· Professional business acumen

· Passion for selling and enabling sales success
